Custom 3d printed keychain with your picture on it. The image can be seen whenever light is shining on it from behind. Available in multiple shapes: Heart, Circle, Square, Rectangle and Hexagon

The image is not easily visible unless light is behind it. It is 3d printed so fine details will not show up and the image will have to be cropped to fit in the heart shape.
